Wave and Irving Streets in Monterey, one block above Cannery Row

Must be five years of age or older and in good health to participate.  This is a non-competitive fun run and is not timed.

Online registration is provided by Active.com.  You may register ONLINE via the registration link or download and print a PAPER ENTRY FORM that can be mailed to our office. You may also call the Big Sur office at 831.625.6226 to request a form or email sally@bsim.org

The 3K course is the same as the Run Forrest Run 5K course with an earlier turnaround.  The fun run starts at Wave and Irving, and proceeds west on Ocean View Blvd. in Pacific Grove. At Lover's Point runners get on the Recreation Trail and return to the finish in front of Bubba Gumps on Cannery Row.

All participants receive a unique aquatic themed t-shirt, a finisher's medallion, and a coupon providing one free child admission with a paid adult admission to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.  There will be pre- and post-race activities for the kids at Bubba Gumps.

Registration for the November 2008 event opens April 1, 2008. The last day for pre-registration is Monday, November 3, 2008.  There will be registration at the Expo on Friday, November 7, from noon to 6:00 p.m. and race morning registration at Bubba Gump beginning at 6:30 a.m.
