9:30 a.m. for the November event
8:00 a.m. for the April event

For November event:  Intersection of Lighthouse and Forest Avenues in downtown Pacific Grove.  The race will end at Lover's Point Park. From there it is a short walk to Jewell Park where post-race activities will take place. Click HERE to view the start and finish area map.

For April event:  Starts and ends at Lover's Point Park in Pacific Grove

Must be five years of age or older and in good health to participate.  This is a non-competitive fun run and is not timed.

Online registration is provided by Active.com.  Click HERE to access the registration page.  Pre-registration for the November race will close Sunday. November 13th at midnight and resume on November 18th at the Health & Fitness Expo or on race morning at Jewell Park in Pacific Grove.

Bib numbers, participant shirts and Aquarium passes may be picked up on the Friday prior to the event at the Health & Fitness Expo in the Monterey Conference Center.  There is also race morning pick-up at the event start beginning at 7:30 AM.

The November 3K begins in downtown Pacific Grove on Lighthouse Avenue at Forest. It heads west and makes a turn at the Pacific Grove Post Office and then continues to Lover's Point. From there runners hug the coastline out to Beach Street where they make a u-turn and then return to the finish at Lover's Point. From there it is a short walk back to Jewell Park (via Forest or Grand Avenues) where post-race festivities will take place. To view the 3K course map click HERE.

The 3K April course will begin at Lover's Point and head east on Ocean View Blvd. At Eardley Avenue, participants will make a "u-turn" and get on the Recreation Trail and return to Lover's Point.  There will also be a 1.5K option (approximately .9 mile) for our younger runners.  They will get on the Rec Trail at Berwick Park and return to Lover's Point from there.

All participants receive a unique aquatic themed t-shirt and a finisher's medallion.  There will be pre- and post-race activities for the kids at Jewell Park (November) or Lover's Point (April).
