We welcome you to the 2010 Health & Fitness Expo to be held in conjunction with the 8th Presentation of the Big Sur Half Marathon on Monterey Bay, the Run Forrest Run 5K presented by the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and the JUST RUN!® Just Kids 3K presented by Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula and the city of Monterey. In 2010 we will continue our tradition of staging world-class events with an emphasis on the health and fitness benefits associated with cardiovascular exercise. We look forward to seeing a wide spectrum of dedicated vendors displaying a variety of products and services for our runner and walker participants.

The 2010 Health & Fitness Expo is a two day opportunity to maintain maximum exposure to an anticipated 9,000 participants in our Half Marathon, 5K and 3K races. When you factor in families and volunteers, along with the general public, the number of people passing through the Expo will exceed 12,000.

We would like the 2010 Health & Fitness Expo to be a fun and informative event with a focus on health screening checks and demonstrations; sports medicine and fitness programs; the latest in fitness clothing, shoes and training aids; and a variety of other run and walk related products and services.

The 2010 Health & Fitness Expo will be held at the Monterey Conference Center, 1 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA. The dates and hours will be Friday, November 12th from noon to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
